Privacy Notice pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, containing the Code regarding the protection of personal data, and the European Regulation – GDPR 679/2016.

Conditions for the processing of personal data
This notice has been prepared to inform users of the privacy principles governing the use by Advanced Studies Center for Artificial Intelligence of the data provided by users, including data collected through this website. This page describes the management methods of the site concerning the processing of personal data of users who visit it. This notice is provided also pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and the European Regulation – GDPR 679/2016 (Code regarding the protection of personal data) to those interacting with web services accessible electronically from the address: https://centrostudicsaia.it
The notice, of course, applies only to this website and not to other websites that may be accessed by the user via links on this site. By visiting this website, the user implicitly declares to have understood and accepted the processing methods described in this privacy notice.

The processing of personal data refers to their collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion, and destruction, or the combination of two or more of these operations.

The processing of data, in addition to purposes connected, instrumental, and necessary for the use of this website, will aim to collect general and specific data and information on the User’s preferences and orientation; to send information; to send informative material; and for all those lawful purposes that may be of a divulgative and/or statistical nature.

Data processing will be carried out using automated tools designed to store, manage, and transmit the data in a way that guarantees its security and confidentiality. Data will be stored at “https://centrostudicsaia.it” at least for the time periods prescribed by law and processed by employees and/or third parties appointed by the Center, who perform the activities under its direct supervision and responsibility. Advanced Studies Center for Artificial Intelligence ensures and guarantees that sensitive data will not be processed directly or indirectly. Providing consent for the processing of personal data for the purposes mentioned above is necessary. In case of refusal, full and proper use of the website will not be possible.

Furthermore, pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, and the European Regulation – GDPR 679/2016, the User has the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing and may, according to the methods and limits provided by current law, request confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning them, know its origin, receive intelligible communication, obtain information on the logic, methods, and purposes of processing, request updating, rectification, or integration, request deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, and, more generally, exercise all rights recognized by current law.

The Data Controller is the ADVANCED STUDIES CENTER FOR ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, in short “CSAIA ASSOCIATION”, located at Viale Città d’Europa No. 681, 00144 Rome.
