Artificial Intelligence and Learning
DA FOR – Training Magazine SEP-DEC 2023
It was probably a combination of curiosity and concern that generated within the training community the need to address the topic of the relationship between artificial intelligence and training, a topic to which it was therefore decided to dedicate the 35th AIF National Conference last October, involving AI experts, academics, companies, and institutions in a sequence of keynote speeches, discussion panels, and case history presentations.
It was therefore not a choice dictated by the desire to ride the trend of the moment, even though we must admit that the hype generated by the release of ChatGPT had the merit of bringing to the center of public debate many questions that are fundamental for us trainers.
Here we propose three of them, representing the themes from which to begin developing a more in-depth reflection.
